Mahmoud Led the oncology nursing services at Tawam Hospital as Assistant Director of Nursing. Throughout his career, Mahmoud has been instrumental in implementing patient-centred care models, improving nursing workflows, and enhancing patient safety protocols. He is known for his collaborative approach, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. At Al Dhafra Hospitals - SEHA, Mahmoud is responsible for strategic planning, policy development, and the overall management of nursing services.
